We need to fix the forwarders who screwed this business up they not only pulled there pant down to the financiers but just removed there pant completely Us Repo companies are getting screwed don't know why the forwarders are allowed to keep storage, close, flatbed fee's ect ect and paying sub standard rates to us independents I know my game plan is in full force to leave this piss poorly ran business

Everyone I know that was in the car hauling business is now out of it. It’s become a joke. Maybe it will return to normal maybe it’s to far gone.

Repo is just theft that cops and judges think is fine😂. In any other industry, like the ones who don’t give billions to the justice system in lobbying, this would be called racketeering

18:31 Might be some misinformation. Before I start, I am under the understanding that some/most trailer manufacturers don’t account for weight on the GVWR sticker that is going to be on the drive axle. I see that as a fault in this situation. So I’ll start with IMO, some trailer manufacturers should redo/rethink the rating they put on the GVWR sticker. This particular trailer (straight from their website) says GVWR 25,900 and trailer weight 14K. So the trailer weight is 5K more than the guesstimate in the video. That leaves roughly 12K of weight this 6 car trailer can carry, which is roughly 2K per car. I’m not sure if a Smart Car is the lightest car manufactured in the States, but even it weighs more than 2K. So there is no 6 cars this trailer can carry (legally) according to the GVWR sticker. I understand this trailer is built to, and can handle 6 cars. But they screwed up with the GVWR sticker. That’s all the DOT cares about. Kaufman did it right with their 6 car. It says 48K GVWR, 30K trailer and 18K drive axle.
